ABOUT ME

I am Handiso Selamu Yisihak, Ph.D., an expert in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Engineering with a strong specialization in Artificial Intelligence–driven Manufacturing and Industrial Robotics Engineering. I obtained my doctoral degree from Tianjin University of Technology and Education, equipping me with advanced technical and research capabilities in next-generation manufacturing systems.

With extensive experience in intelligent manufacturing, I integrate Artificial Intelligence with advanced engineering applications to drive innovation, efficiency, and industrial transformation. My core competencies include NC/CNC systems, CAD/CAM/CAE, CAPP, and computer-integrated automation (CIA), enabling the design and implementation of smart, data-driven production environments.

My work aligns with globally recognized industrial frameworks, including the U.S. Artificial Intelligence ecosystem, Germany’s Industry 4.0, and China’s Made in China 2025 strategy. I am committed to advancing smart manufacturing, strengthening industrial capacity, and contributing to sustainable technological development through research, innovation, and international collaboration.

PLAN AND BUDGET PREPARATION ASSESSMENT, CONTROLLING AND PROJECT SENIOR EXPERT

In addition to this Participated in the preparation of the draft and actual GTP 2 plan and GTP 1 report with the National plan commission of Ethiopia. Participated in the preparation of Program Budget of TVET sectors with Ministry of Finance. Participated in ESDP 5 (Education sector Developing Plan)  plan and ESDP 4 report with Ministry of Education, GIZ step program, KFW  and  UNESCO-International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP-UNESCO),Develop curriculum for all Departments in TVET sector, Develop General method of Data transferring from all regions by using communication materials like E-mail, Telephone, fax and others, Develop pure communication FTVET directorate with Regional directorate, Participate Technical supervision and Experience sharing for all Ethiopia regions in case of plan preparation, reporting, assessment and project (resource mobilization),Giving training in case of TVET Curriculum, GTP and GDP plan and report preparation, data collection and interpretation to all regions plan experts by quarterly.
