It has the functions of deep self-perception of information, intelligent optimization, self-determination, accurate control and self-execution, etc

Intelligent manufacturing takes intelligent factory as the carrier, intelligent key manufacturing links as the core, end-to-end data flow as the basis, and Netcom interconnection as the support. Compared with traditional manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing has its unique connotation, involving four levels of intelligence

The first is the intellectualization of products. Intelligent manufacturing products tend to become intelligent terminals, which can be connected with each other through the Internet of things,

The second is the intellectualization of equipment, which evolves from intelligent manufacturing unit, a single machine, a machine tool and a robot to intelligent production line, intelligent workshop and intelligent production system.

The third is the intellectualization of process, the organizational structure of management, the interaction between enterprises, and how to adapt to the intellectualization of products and equipment.

The fourth is the intellectualization of service. The **servitization of manufacturing industry is that manufacturing enterprises change the value chain from manufacturing centered to service centered in order to obtain competitive advantage. Therefore, how to integrate digital technology, intelligent technology, ubiquitous network technology and emerging information technology into service also needs enterprises to rethink and plan............
